Khedup Yonten Gyatso is a 23 yrs. old reincarnated lama from Sera Goen in Chamdo District, Tibet. He speaks Chinese and Tibetan. He studied Tibetan grammar, poetry, and Buddhist philosophy at Dzongsar Institute, Tibet. He has intensively studied Classical Tibetan and his specialty is Sakya Pandita's Pramanayuktinidhi.
