Kunsang Dorjee is 27 yrs. old and is from Goenchen Goen Monastery in Derge in eastern Tibet. He attended Sakya College, studying philosophy and his specialties are Pramana and Madhyamaka. His goal is to be able to translate Buddhist texts into many languages in order to be able to spread peace and non-violence in the world. He will study English and Mandarin. He says he is “very shy” and he finds it hard to speak with strangers.
